Buckets, magnets, and soforth, may be removed for testing wire rope.No test is required after reassembly.Retesting is not required when the endattachment is changed from the originalconnection (that is, changed from clamshelluse to dragline, and so on) during thecertification period.Load Test CertificationAfter the test, the crane test mechanic andthe crane test director will jointly perform an afterinspection of the crane. This inspection isdocumented on the Crane Condition InspectionRecord.Upon successful completion of the inspectionand load test, the certification of the load test andcondition inspection (fig. 3-19) must be prepared intriplicate. The following items are documented on thisform:1. USN number of the crane2. Type of crane3. Rated capacity of the crane4. Boom length of the crane5. Location6. Test date7.
