Main navigation mast removed

REMOVAL
1.
Remove three pipe plugs (Figure 1, Item 1) from thermostat housing (Figure 1, Item 4).
2.
Remove two capscrews (Figure 1, Item 7), lockwashers (Figure 1, Item 6), and one flat washer
(Figure 1, Item 5) securing thermostat housing (Figure 1, Item 4) to cylinder head (Figure 1, Item 3).
3.
Remove capscrew (Figure 1, Item 9) and lockwasher (Figure 1, Item 8) securing thermostat housing
(Figure 1, Item 4) to cylinder head (Figure 1, Item 3).
4.
Remove thermostat housing (Figure 1, Item 4) from cylinder head (Figure 1, Item 3) and discard.
5.
Remove gasket (Figure 1, Item 2) from cylinder head (Figure 1, Item 3) and discard.
END OF TASK
INSTALLATION
1.
Using a putty knife, clean gasket surface of cylinder head (Figure 1, Item 3).
