WARNING
Sealing compound may cause irritation to the eyes or skin. Use in well-ventilated area. Wear protective
goggles and clothing. In case sealing compound comes in contact with:
Eyes, flush immediately with water.
Skin, wash with soap and water.
Failure to comply may result in personnel injury.
12. Coat three plugs (47) and two plugs (48) threads with pipe thread sealing compound.
13. Install three plugs (47) and two plugs (48).
14. Install two dowels (46) on rear of engine block (4) leaving 3/8 in. extended.
15. Coat cup plug (49) threads with sealing compound.
