CLEAN
1.
Clean all parts of the fresh water pump using cleaner.
2.
Assure all pump passages are free of any sediment or debris.
WARNING
Do not exceed 40 PSI (275 kpa) while drying the parts of the fresh water pump.
Failure to comply may result in injury to personnel.
3.
Dry all parts with compressed air.

Repair is limited to the replacement of damaged part(s).

Inspect gear (2) for chips, cracks or other damage. Replace damaged part.

Inspect water pump body (1) for cracks or any structural damage. Replace damaged part.
