Install new gasket (Figure 2, Item 4) on exhaust manifold (Figure 2, Item 2).
6.
Install turbocharger flange adapter (Figure 2, Item 1) on manifold (Figure 2, Item 2).
7.
Install six nuts (Figure 2, Item 5) and new lockwashers (Figure 2, Item 6) on studs (Figure 2, Item 3).
8.
Wrap elbow (Figure 1, Item 2) threads with antiseizing tape.
9.
Install elbow (Figure 1, Item 2) on manifold (Figure 1, Item 3).
10.
Install coolant aspirator line (Figure 1, Item 1) on elbow (Figure 1, Item 2).
11.
Position new gasket (Figure 1, Item 8) on exhaust manifold (Figure 1, Item 3).
12.
Install cover plate (Figure 1, Item 7) on exhaust manifold (Figure 1, Item 3).
13.
Install six bolts (Figure 1, Item 5) and new lockwashers (Figure 1, Item 6) in cover (Figure 1, Item 7).
14.
Connect water inlet tube (Figure 1, Item 4) to exhaust manifold (Figure 1, Item 3).

1.
Service fresh water cooling system (WP 0133).
2.
Install turbochargers (WP 0114).
3.
Install air inlet collector assembly (WP 0104).
4.
Install crankcase breather limiter (WP 0106).
5.
Install propulsion module engine hatch (TM 55-1925-205-23).
6.
Install operator's cab (TM 55-1925-205-10).
7.
Install intake plenum assembly (TM 55-1925-205-10).
8.
Install main navigation mast (TM 55-1925-205-10).
9.
Install SINCGARS antenna (TM 11-5820-890-10-8).
10.
Perform operational check of diesel engine (TM 55-1925-205-10).
