REMOVAL
1.
Remove two capscrews (Figure 1, Item 2) and lockwashers (Figure 1, Item 1) securing bracket
(Figure 1, Item 4) to thermostat housing (Figure 1, Item 5).
2.
Remove bracket (Figure 1, Item 4) from thermostat housing (Figure 1, Item 5) and discard.
END OF TASK
INSTALLATION
1.
Install new mounting bracket (Figure 1, Item 4) on thermostat housing (Figure 1, Item 5).
2.
Install capscrews (Figure 1, Item 2) and lockwashers (Figure 1, Item 1) on mounting bracket
(Figure 1, Item 4).
3.
Tighten capscrews (Figure 1, Item 2).
4.
Install new (adhesive-backed) legend plate (Figure 1, Item 3) on mounting bracket (Figure 1, Item 4).
