INSTALLATION
WARNING
Compound may cause irritation to eyes or skin. In case compound comes in contact with
eyes or skin, immediately flush eyes with water, wash skin with soap and water. Wear
protective goggles, gloves, and clothing. Failure to comply may result in personnel injury
or death.
1.
Apply antiseize compound to all fitting threads.
2.
Install bushing (Figure 2, Item 6) into engine block.
3.
Install female fitting (Figure 2, Item 5) into bushing (Figure 2, Item 6).
4.
Install 90 degree elbow fitting (Figure 2, Item 9) into female fitting (Figure 2, Item 5).
5.
Install nipple fitting (Figure 2, Item 1) and tee fitting (Figure 2, Item 10) into air box drain
opening (Figure 2, Item 2).
6.
Install pipe plug (Figure 2, Item 11) into tee fitting (Figure 2, Item 10).
7.
Install check valve (Figure 2, Item 3) onto tee fitting (Figure 2, Item 10).
8.
Install male fitting (Figure 2, Item 8) of hose assembly (Figure 2, Item 7) into 90 degree elbow
fitting (Figure 2, Item 9).
9.
Install female fitting (Figure 2, Item 4) of hose assembly (Figure 2, Item 7) onto check
valve (Figure 2, Item 3).

10.
Tighten all fittings.
