REMOVAL
NOTE
This procedure is typical for both port and starboard engines.
1.
Loosen female fitting (Figure 1, Item 4) of hose assembly (Figure 1, Item 7) from check
valve (Figure 1, Item 3).
2.
Loosen male fitting (Figure 1, Item 8) from 90 degree elbow fitting (Figure 1, Item 9).
3.
Remove hose assembly (Figure 1, Item 7).
4.
Remove check valve (Figure 1, Item 3) from tee fitting (Figure 1, Item 10).
5.
Remove tee fitting (Figure 1, Item 10) from nipple fitting (Figure 1, Item 1).
6.
Remove pipe plug (Figure 1, Item 11) from tee fitting (Figure 1, Item 10).
7.
Remove nipple fitting (Figure 1, Item 1) from air box drain opening (Figure 1, Item 2).
8.
Remove 90 degree elbow fitting (Figure 1, Item 9) from female fitting (Figure 1, Item 5).
9.
Remove female fitting (Figure 1, Item 5) and bushing (Figure 1, Item 6).
