Install two capscrews (Figure 2, Item 7) and lockwashers (Figure 2, Item 6) on lifting bracket
(Figure 2, Item 8) and tighten.
4.
Position mounting bracket (Figure 2, Item 4) on lifting bracket (Figure 2, Item 8).
5.
Install capscrews (Figure 2, Item 5) on mounting bracket (Figure 2, Item 4).
6.
Install two hex nuts (Figure 2, Item 11) and lockwashers (Figure 2, Item 10) on capscrew
(Figure 2, Item 5) and tighten.
7.
Position band bracket (Figure 2, Item 2) on mounting bracket (Figure 2, Item 4).
8.
Install two capscrews (Figure 2, Item 3) on band bracket (Figure 2, Item 2).
9.
Install two hex nuts (Figure 2, Item 12) and lockwashers (Figure 2, Item 13) on capscrews (Figure 2, Item 3)
and tighten.
