INSTALLATION
1.
Install new gasket (Figure 2, Item 2) on turbocharger (Figure 2, Item 1).
2.
Install new flanged oil tube (Figure 2, Item 3) on turbocharger (Figure 2, Item 1).
3.
Install two capscrews (Figure 2, Item 5) on flanged oil tube (Figure 2, Item 3).
4.
Tighten two capscrews (Figure 2, Item 5).
5.
Apply antiseize compound to threads of flanged oil tube (Figure 2, Item 3).
6.
Connect oil hose (Figure 2, Item 4) on flanged oil tube (Figure 2, Item 3).
7.
Tighten oil hose (Figure 2, Item 4).

8.
Clean up spilled fluid with spill clean-up kit and dispose of spill clean-up kit waste in accordance with
local procedures.
9.
Remove LO/TO from A3 breaker switch. Refer to FM 4-01.502 for LO/TO procedure.

Perform operational check of diesel engine (TM 55-1925-205-10).
