Tighten hose clamps (Figure 3, Item 9).

Install water inlet/outlet fitting (Figure 3, Item 11) using two bolts (Figure 3, Items 5 and 7) and two washers
(Figure 3, Item 6).

Using torque wrench and socket set, torque bolts (Figure 3, Items 5 and 7) to 120 to 156 in-lb
(14 to 18 Nm).
11.
Tighten eight aftercooler attaching bolts (Figure 3, Item 1).
12.
Using torque wrench and socket set, torque bolts (Figure 3, Item 1) to 120 to 156 in-lb (14 to 18 Nm).

Install blower (WP 0110).
2.
Install electronic governor actuator (WP 0098).
3.
Install electronic governor rod assembly (WP 0097).
4.
Install blower shaft and spring assembly (WP 0109).
5.
Install tachometer signal generator (sending unit) (WP 0167).
6.
Install air intake housing (WP 0103).
7.
Install fuel pump (WP 0095).
8.
Install cylinder head poppet valve rocker arm covers (WP 0044).
9.
Install air inlet collector assembly (WP 0104).
10.
Install crankcase breather limiter assembly (WP 0106).
11.
Install fresh water cooling system bypass hose (WP 0143).
12.
Service fresh water cooling system (TM 55-1925-205-10).
13.
Install powered section engine hatch (TM 55-1925-205-23).
14.
Install operator`s cab or air intake plenum (TM 55-1925-205-10).
15.
Install main navigation mast (TM 55-1925-205-10).
16.
Install SINCGARS antenna (TM 11-5820-890-10-8).
17.
Perform operational checks (TM 55-1925-205-10).
