REMOVAL - Continued

Remove hose clamps (Figure 2, Item 3) from pipe (Figure 2, Item 2).
3.
Remove raw water pipe (Figure 2, Item 2) from between marine gear oil cooler (Figure 2, Item 4) and heat
exchanger (Figure 2, Item 1).

4.
Remove two capscrews (Figure 3, Item 3) and lockwashers (Figure 3, Item 4) securing mounting bracket
(Figure 3, Item 2) to water pump (Figure 3, Item 1).
5.
Discard mounting bracket (Figure 3, Item 2).

INSTALLATION
1.
Position new mounting bracket (Figure 3, Item 2) on water pump (Figure 3, Item 1).
2.
Install two capscrews (Figure 3, Item 3) and lockwashers (Figure 3, Item 4) securing mounting bracket
(Figure 3, Item 2) to water pump (Figure 3, Item 1).
3.
Tighten capscrews (Figure 3, Item 2).
