Install new gasket (Figure 2, Item 2) and cover (Figure 2, Item 3) onto flywheel housing (Figure 2, Item 1).
6.
Install six new lockwashers (Figure 2, Item 4), two nuts (Figure 2, Item 6), and four bolts (Figure 2, Item 5) to
secure blower driveshaft cover (Figure 2, Item 3) to flywheel housing (Figure 2, Item 1).
7.
Tighten nuts (Figure 2, Item 6) and bolts (Figure 2, Item 5).

Install blower (WP 0110).

Install electronic governor actuator (WP 0098).
3.
Install electronic governor rod assembly (WP 0097).
4.
Install engine tachometer signal generator (sending unit) (WP 0167).

Install air intake housing (WP 0103).
6.
Install fuel system fuel pump (WP 0094).
7.
Install engine poppet valve rocker arm covers (WP 0049).
8.
Install air inlet collector assembly (WP 0104).
9.
Install crankcase breather limiter assembly (WP 0110).
10.
Install engine fresh water cooling system bypass tube (WP 0143).
11.
Service fresh water cooling system (WP 0133).
12.
Install powered section engine hatch (TM 55-1925-205-23).
13.
Install operator's cab (TM 55-1925-205-10).
14.
Install intake plenum (TM 55-1925-205-10).
15.
Install main navigation mast (TM 55-1925-205-10).
16.
Install SINCGARS antenna (TM 11-5820-890-10-8).
17.
Perform operational checks (TM 55-1925-205-10).
