CAUTION
Use care when installing oil cooler to not drop core assembly as damage to cooler may
occur.

Install two new gaskets (Figure 10, Item 3), oil cooler cores (Figure 10, Item 4), two new gaskets
(Figure 10, Item 5), and cover plates (Figure 10, Item 6) over previously installed studs (Figure 10, Item 2)
on oil cooler housing (Figure 10, Item 1).

Install washer (Figure 11, Item 5) and smaller bolt (Figure 11, Item 4), as noted during removal.
13.
Install remaining 12 bolts (Figure 11, Item 3) and lockwashers (Figure 11, Item 2) through cover plates
(Figure 11, Item 6) and oil cooler housing (Figure 11, Item 1).
