FRESH WATER COOLING SYSTEM RUBBER HOSES WITH CLAMPS INSTALLATION
1.
Install hose clamps (Figure 1, Item 1) onto hose (Figure 1, Item 2).
2.
Install new hose (Figure 1, Item 2) onto both connecting points.
3.
Slide clamps (Figure 1, Item 1) down hose until clamp (Figure 1, Item 1) is in a position to hold hose
(Figure 1, Item 2) in place at the connection point.
4.
Tighten clamps (Figure 1, Item 1) holding hose (Figure 1, Item 2) in place.

5.
Clean up spilled fluid with a spill clean-up kit and dispose of spillI clean-up kit waste in accordance with local
procedures.
6.
Fill cooling system (TM 55-1925-205-10).
7.
Perform operational checks (TM 55-1925-205-10).

RUBBER HOSES WITH B-NUTS REMOVAL
1.
Place drain pan under hose being removed for draining residual coolant from hose.
2.
Turn B-nut (Figure 2, Item 1) counter clockwise, until loose.
