Install two bolts (Figure 1, Item 7) and washers (Figure 1, Item 6) into front balance weight cover
(Figure 1, Item 5).

Install bolt (Figure 1, Item 18), washer (Figure 1, Item 19), new lockwasher (Figure 1, Item 1), and nut
(Figure 1, Item 2) into front balance weight cover (Figure 1, Item 5).
10.
Install two bolts (Figure 1, Item 9) and flat washers (Figure 1, Item 8) into front balance weight cover
(Figure 1, Item 5).
11.
Using torque wrench, torque bolt (Figure 1, Item 12) to 420 to 480 in-lb (47 to 54 Nm).
12.
Using torque wrench, torque nuts (Figure 1, Item 14) to 360 to 420 in-lb (40 to 47 Nm).
13.
Using torque wrench, torque bolt (Figure 1, Item 17) to 420 to 480 in-lb (47 to 54 Nm).
14.
Using torque wrench, torque bolts (Figure 1, Item 7) to 420 to 480 in-lb (47 to 54 Nm).
15.
Using torque wrench, torque bolt (Figure 1, Item 18) to 360 to 420 in-lb (40 to 47 Nm).
16.
Using torque wrench, torque bolts (Figure 1, Item 9) to 420 to 480 in-lb (47 to 54 Nm).

Install engine forward lifting bracket (WP 0135).

Install fresh water cooling system pump (WP 0147).

Install heat exchanger (WP 0134).
4.
Service fresh water cooling system (TM 55-1925-205-10).
5.
Install alternator belt guard (TM 55-1925-205-23).
6.
Install powered section engine hatch (TM 55-1925-205-23).
7.
Install powered section intake plenum or operator's cab (TM 55-1925-205-10).
8.
Install SINCGARS antenna (TM 11-5820-890-10-8).
9.
Install main navigation mast (TM 55-1925-205-10).
10.
Perform operational checks (TM 55-1925-205-10).
