6.
Install rear blower rotor shaft bearings (Figure 16, Item 2).

WARNING
Lubricating oil may cause irritation to eyes or skin. In case lubricating oil comes in contact
with eyes or skin, immediately flush eyes with water, wash skin with soap and water. Wear
protective goggles, gloves, and clothing. Failure to comply may result in personnel injury
or death.
a.
Lubricate one of the ball bearings (Figure 16, Item 2) with a light engine oil and start the
bearing (P/N facing up) strait on one of the rotor shafts (Figure 16, Item 5 and
Figure 16, Item 4).
b.
Place installer (Figure 16, Item 1) on top of the bearing (Figure 16, Item 2) and tap until it is
on the shaft of rotor (Figure 16, Item 5 or Figure 16, Item 4) and into the
rear end plate (Figure 16, Item 3).
c.
Install the second ball bearing (Figure 16, Item 2) on the other
rotor shaft (Figure 16, Item 5 or Figure 16, Item 4) in the same manner.
7.
Install front blower rotor shaft bearings (Figure 16, Item 2) and races (Figure 17, Item 3).
