Install hex head screw (Figure 1, Item 7) and special washer (Figure 1, Item 8) on dummy bearing
(Figure 1, Item 9).

Using torque wrench, torque hex head screws (Figure 1, Item 10) to 420 in-lb (47 Nm).
11.
Using torque wrench, torque hex head screw (Figure 1, Item 4) to 110 ft-lb (149 Nm).
12.
Using torque wrench, torque cap screws (Figure 1, Item 6) to 480 in-lb (54 Nm).
13.
Using torque wrench, torque hex head screw (Figure 1, Item 7) to 108 in-lb (122 Nm).

Install camshaft idler gear (WP 0068).
2.
Install camshaft gears (WP 0065).
3.
Install crankshaft rear oil seal (WP 0062).
4.
Install flywheel housing (WP 0072).
5.
Install flywheel (WP 0070).
6.
Install oil pan (WP 0127).
7.
Install electronic governor magnetic pick-up (WP 0100).
8.
Install raw water pump (WP 0155).
9.
Install electrical system hour meter bracket (WP 0162).
10.
Install electrical system hour meter (WP 0161).
11.
Install blower drive (WP 0112).
12.
Install blower (WP 0110).
13.
Install electronic governor actuator (WP 0098).
14.
Install electronic governor actuator linkage (WP 0097).
15.
Install blower driveshaft (WP 0109).
16.
Install air intake housing (WP 0103).
17.
Install fuel system fuel pump (WP 0094).
18.
Install water pump bypass hoses (WP 0143).
19.
Install cylinder head poppet valve rocker arm covers (WP 0044).
20.
Remove engine from stand (WP 0033).
21.
Install lube oil cooler (WP 0128).
22.
Install overspeed governor (WP 0169).
23.
Install lube oil dipstick tube assembly (WP 0130).
24.
Install starting motor (WP 0164).
25.
Install air box drains (WP 0037).
